Calculate Exosens’ matching contribution

The matching contribution is paid in shares at the end of the lock-up period. The matching contribution is paid as per the table set out in the “Understanding ExoShare” section, based on the amount of your investment. The number of shares offered under the matching contribution will be determined by dividing the amount of the matching contribution to which you are entitled by the subscription price. If the number of shares obtained does not correspond with a whole number, it will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
